Contractor needed

Anybody knows of a reliable contractor who can help build a wooden doghouse for 3 dogs at a local shelter, including a German Shepherd male? The doghouse will go a long way in helping the dogs sort integration issues and allow these 3 dogs to have a bigger enclosure to roam and get good sunlight, instead of staying in smaller kennels.

Contractor will need to survey the place and can refer to existing doghouses built in the shelter. Thank you.
