Back home. It must have been an adventure of sorts for him since Tues. Many like him never make it back home. Stay safe now Xiao Bai.
His owner is only able to pay $100 to cover part of the AVA fine, which he has given me. And we received $180 in donations so far. Including his medical bills (sterilisation, microchip, tick treatment, vaccination, deworming, transport), we are still short of about $100.
