Scott has the makings of a dynamo

S initially was prepared to return him back to us cos of her grandma - had a bad fall and being paralysed means the entire family has to arrange their timings to go over and tend to her.

The day before I was supposed to meet S to take Scott back, she told me her family really cannot bear to give Scott him. He is already so used to them and she doesn't want him to move around looking for another home. Promised that they will make some adjustments to their lifestyle to make sure Scott does not become a latch-key dog.

During our visit, Scott displayed his potential for very boisterous play - play barking, exaggerated play bows, nippy jumps on humans and sofas, bounding around targeting stuff to put into his mouth.

He's one fellow with loads of energy to disperse else he might turn the house upside down. Hmm...sounds familar, like our gangster Puppy-boy.

Told S to make sure this boy gets lots of playtime and at least one long walk everyday to work out his power. Walk him. Run him. Play with him. Dissipate that puppy power and he shall be more contented and easily managed at home.

We'll follow up again soon.

Glad to know that S decided to keep Scott. Trust Scott will bring a lot of fun and happiness to S and her family. ~~~~gL
