For to be free is not merely to cast off one's chains,
but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.

Pictures of hope!
From abandonment to near-death -- to rescue and hope. These are the pictures of hope that lift my soul in gratitude that the kindness of men shall prevail.
Found living in a canal, apparently for a month already before anyone bothered to call.
Carmen after weeks of intensive care. Hope reigns!

Praise the Lord! It is such wonderful news that makes my day. Keep up the wonderful work in helping the weak! BTW, Carmen is such a beautiful dog. Men cruelty is sometimes beyond comprehension and that is why we needed a saviour & prayers.
Jonah - one of 8 rescued from constant abuse, accidents and threats of culling on the streets. A sweet boy with a gentle, loving soul. With your very kind support, Jonah and his brothers have each found a Guardian who sponsors their boarding at the shelter till a good family comes for them. Keep Jonah and his brothers in mind when you're ready for a faithful family friend. Meet our 8 here : http://projectjk.blogspot.com/2008/11/you-can-be-their-guardian.html
Junior and Ginne were heartlessly abandoned by their owners, who unfortunately could not be charged with pet abandonment due to lack of needed evidence. It is nothing short of a miracle that they were found 7 days later around the vicinity where they were discarded.
Be their Guardian as they now safely live at a dog shelter while awaiting their permanent home. To sponsor Junior or Ginne's monthly boarding fee, please email us. Thank you.
