on Sunday, 25 June. She came all the way up to me and allowed me to hold her so close, patting her gently, even giving her a big long hug.
Already pregnant, we made the difficult choice to abort her pups.
Bloom spent Sunday and Monday at the boarding kennels. Tuesday morn we took her to Dr T. Now she is at the kennels waiting her turn to go up to Noah's Ark.
We'll get the 2 big boys from her side so that 3 of them can go up to NA together.
I still ponder on the choice of abortion. But in the end, in light of the situation out there - until we arrive at a place in our world where all life forms are treated with respect and love - let us not bring more lives to a possibility of abuse and pain.
